某新能源汽车前舱装饰模态分析优化设计

摘要:在某款新能源汽车的设计开发过程中,为满足NVH要求,降低前舱装饰罩与电驱动总成共振风险,文章通过利用CAE软件建立前舱装饰罩有限元模型,并进行模态分析,根据CAE分析结果提出优化方案,再对优化方案进行模态分析,最终保证优化后的前舱装饰罩实现隔声降噪的目标,满足性能要求,为前舱装饰罩的改进和优化设计提供重要依据。

Abstract:In the design and development process of a new energy vehicle, in order to meet the requirements of NVH and reduce the resonance risk between the front cabin decorative cover and the electric drive assembly, the finite element model of the front cabin decorative cover is established by using CAE software, and the modal analysis is carried out. Based on the results of CAE analysis, the optimization scheme is put forward, and then the modal analysis is carried out to ensure that the optimized front cabin decorative cover achieves sound insulation and noise reduction. The objective is to meet the performance requirements and provide an important basis for improving and optimizing the design of the front cabin decoration hood. 前言
前舱装饰罩位于新能源汽车前舱上方,起到美观大方、隔声降噪的作用[1]。为满足NVH要求,避免与电驱动总成发生共振,需要对前舱装饰罩进行模态分析[2]。
本文利用Hypermesh前处理软件建立某款新能源汽车的前舱装饰罩有限元模型,转换格式后导入Nastran软件进行模态分析,再根据HyperView软件考察是否满足设计需求,针对CAE分析结果提出三种优化方案,最终确定能有效降低与前舱装饰罩电驱动总成产生共振风险的最佳方案,满足性能要求,为前舱装饰罩的改进和优化设计提供重要依据。
1 CAE分析
1.1 CAE分析简介
CAE(计算机辅助工程)的优势在于可以在产品设计阶段,通过建立基本的计算机分析模型,对产品进行模态、刚度、强度、疲劳等分析,从而缩短设计周期,降低产品开发成本[3]。
