This standard can be as reference for finish part and single painting part. In case that several paint components compose of a finished part, the standard is for the finish part, single part need to consider the contribution and make sure finish part satisfy this standard

1.名词术语定义Definition
1.1外观特性：外观质量要求在规范书及图面等要求值以外，没有量化的规定。
Appearance Character: appearance quality requirements covered in specifications and drawing requirement/value, no other regulations if not specified.
1.2外观接受标准：关于零部件的外观特性，包含物理学的规定以及人的感官判断。由于感官判断依
据相应标准及相应的经验即，因此为满足或达到顾客的感官需求而制定的接受标准称之为外观接受标准。

2.内外装饰件外观检验方法及要求Exterior Ornamentation & Interior Trim

拨片换挡2.1视力：具有正常视力1.0(含矫正)以上和感。
Vision: Minimum 1.0 and no color weakness/blind.
2.2照度：正常日光照射，如室内无日光时采用1000±200 lux的照度作为标准，温符合DL65灯管
和补充调显示的光类型TL84以及U30。
Illumination: Outdoor under day night, or indoor with 1000±200 lux, color temperature is DL65 and supplementary is TL84 and U30.吉利全球鹰gx7
2.3观测间距：不使用光学仪器进行评估时，保持检测员距离检测产品40-70cm直视为准。
View distance: 40-70 cm from viewer to part/sample when without using optical instrument
2.4观测时间：A区每400cm²观测时间≤5秒，B区每400cm²观测时间≤3秒。
View time: for A-zone, not longer than 5 seconds per 400 cm², and B-zone not longer than 3 seconds per 400 cm²
2.5工具：普通长度测量仪或各种量规。
