汽车关门玻璃晃动异响研究

摘要:针对某车型的车门存在的关门异响问题,建立了玻璃-密封系统的准静态动力学模型,分析玻璃在关门过程产生惯性力作用下玻璃晃动的产生机理、以及影响因素;并对影响玻璃-密封系统中玻璃晃动产生异响的结构参数和变量进行了梳理和总结。为玻璃-密封系统的结构设计、以及优化提供了行之有效的方法。

Research of Glass-Sealing System on the of Door Slam Noise of a Passenger Vehicle

Abstract:To identify the influence of sealing strip on the glass impact noise generated at a door-slamming close, a quasi-static physical model and equations of a glass-sealing system are established. The seal lip compressive deformations are derived from those equations to evaluate the factors that can affect the glass displacement under the door slamming inertial load. Main sealing sections and seal strip development section techniques are systematically demonstrated to avoid the impact noise with considering the backlash and clearance designated for the design and manufacturing errors. Finally with a real example, the principal cause of the rear door glass impact noise is found out among all the potential factors by a DOE method. In order to improve this noise, a second lip as a stopper is introduced on the glass guide strip, which can greatly limit the glass movement under a door-slamming force without any reduction of the glass lifting performance. 玻璃-密封系统(下称系统)设计不合理,会导致玻璃在升降过程中,会出现升降不平稳,卡滞/抖动;玻璃倾斜,严重的会脱离玻璃导轨;甚至会发出刺耳的摩擦响声[1]。也会导致汽车行驶、或关闭车门时,玻璃振动异响[2]。1 玻璃-密封系统
玻璃-密封系统(下称系统)包括车门玻璃密封条、车门玻璃,还包含玻璃导轨、和玻璃升降器滑块及导轨的一部分,而车门玻璃密封条包括玻璃导槽密封条(下称导槽)、和内/外玻璃挡水密封条(下称内/外水切)。主要起到防止灰尘、雨水进入驾驶舱,减少玻璃振动,隔绝外界噪声的密封作用;以及保证玻璃升降运动平稳,容纳设计、制造误差的作用。
