[摘 要] 近年来，伴随我国经济发展步入新常态，经济结构中以能源、原材料、装备制造业为主的东北地区经济增长速度下滑尤其严重。在中央提出促进先进制造业和现代服务业深度融合，以推动经济高质量发展的背景下，大连具备先进制造业与现代服务业融合发展的良好基础和发展态势，进一步鼓励制造业企业向服务型制造业转型，加大对先进制造业与现代服务业融合的政策支持，打造有利于先进制造业与现代服务业融合的市场环境，加大力度建设先进制造业与现代服务业融合发展的载体和平台是加快大连先进制造业与现代服务业深度融合的对策建议。

Under the background of promoting advanced manufacturing and modern service industry depth fusion to promote the economic development high quality which is proposed by the central government， Dalian have good foundation for the development of advanced manufacturing and modern service industry fusion and development situation. Dalian should further encourage manufacturing enterprises transforming to service-oriented manufacturing， increase policy support for advanced manufacturing and modern service industry convergence， build the market environment， intensify efforts to the construction of carrier and platform， so as to speed up the advanced manufacturing and modern service industry depth fusion.
