新时期边远贫困地区人才培养模式改革探索

北美车展［摘要］四十年艰苦创业，电大教育取得了辉煌成就，已经成为我国高等继续教育的主力军。商洛电大在极端艰 苦的条件下，立足于边远贫困地区的实际，准确定位办学功能和地位，以服务地方经济社会发展为宗旨，以培养“留 得住、用得上”的紧缺应用型人才为目标，不断创新，探索出一条边远贫困地区人才培养模式改革的新路子。本文 以商洛电大办学实践为例，从人才培养模式改革应坚持的基本原则和教育教学改革的实践两个方面加以总结和探 索，以期能够推动商洛电大开放教育更健康地发展，同时也为兄弟电大提供一定参考。

Taking  the  ed ­ucation  practice  of  Shangluo  Branch  of  Shaanxi  Oper  University  as  an  example , this  paper  summaezes  and  explores  the  basic  panc
iples  of  talent  training  mode  reform  and  the  practice  of  education  and  terching  reform , hoping  to  pso- mote  the  hcrlthy  development  of  Shangluo  Branch  of  Shaanxi  Open  University  and  provide  some  references  fos  brother  open  university.
