摘要：质量是一个企业生存、发展的基础，是企业的生命线，以客户为中心的质量观念始终贯穿于整个企业的质量管理活动中，现在有多种质量管理工具可以帮助守好质量防线，而FMEA是质量管理中的一种常用质量工具，FMEA 运用的好坏对产品制造过程起着关键作用。文章通过对汽车制造过程中FMEA如何落地运用进行探讨，通过防错技术管控方面提出了FMEA运用的一些改进提升思路。特斯拉国产model3降价

Abstract:Quality is the basis for the survival and development of an enterprise and the lifeline of an enterprise. The customer-centered concept of quality runs through the whole enterprise's quality management activities. Now there are many quality management tools to help defend the quality line. FMEA is a common quality tool in quality management. The application of FMEA plays a key role in the manufacturing process of products. This paper discusses how to use FMEA on the ground in the process of automobile manufacturing, and puts forward some ideas to improve the use of FMEA through the control of error proofing technology.

引言
内饰随着社会的快速发展及人们生活水平的提高，汽车在日常生活中越来越普及，车辆市场需求的变得旺盛，对于企业来说这是利好消息，但同时伴随着产量的提升，生产节拍的加快，生产制造中的风险也对应增长。如果企业提供的产品质量不能满足消费者的品质要求，甚至可能会给消费者带来安全风险和财产损失的情况，这样的企业是很危险的，那么如何才能及时、高效地给顾客给提供高质量的产品呢？质量工具的有效运用对每个企业来说非常重要，如何使质量工具落地运用并逐步提升也显得尤为重要。
1 FMEA的运用现状
