本文以东风轻载货车为背景,通过对汽车主传动系统各个部件的结构分析,结合货车行驶的实际情况,设计出了一套轻载货车的主传动系统,实现了动力的传递,保证了汽车的驱动。
在满足既定开发目标的前提下,借鉴前人的技术成果,从汽车传动系统的总体方案设计开始,首先对传动方案进行整体分析,然后对传动系统的各个部分,包括离合器、变速器、万向传动轴、后驱动桥等进行了结构设计。其中,主要对变速器和后驱动桥做了详细的设计计算,完成了驱动桥单级主减速器及差速器结构三维设计,并对设计中的各主要部件进行了校核计算。
