摘 要
伸缩型球笼式等速万向节是汽车的关键部件之一，它直接影响车辆的转向驱动性能。
本设计根据在汽车传动系统的结构的布置，确定球笼式等速万向节的结构特点与参数等。对球笼式等速万向节的等速性、运动规律、受力情况、效率和寿命进行了深入分析。
对重要零件进行了材料的选择和工艺性分析。并且运用三维制图软件Pro-e和二维制图软件caxa，进行了辅助分析。
