理论述评国外汽车行业先进经验分析以及我国汽车行业现状的介绍
提出坚持自主创新才能保持我国汽车行业健康发展的观点
并对我国汽车行业利用外资中自主创新能力落后的原因进行分析认为是企业自主创新能力低下和国家相关引导性政策和制度存在缺陷所造成的由此提出政府决策与企业本身是提高我国汽车行业自主创新能力且实现我国汽车行业健康发展的关键
文章从政府和企业两个角度就如何提高我国汽车行业的自主创新能力提出相应的对策建

AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRY: STUDY BASED ON THE POINT OF FOREIGN INVESTMENT
上海通用汽车ABSTRACT
The purpose of “Market change for technology” policy is to open the market to obtain advanced technology from foreign investor. Now we do not learn the advanced technology but lost domestic market. Chinese automobile industry gets into a vicious circle that is “lag in technology—hope to but do not learn advanced technology—still lag in technology—keep hoping to but do not learn advanced technology; weakness in ability-- rely on— ability is weaker and weaker by relying”.
比亚迪汽车This thesis bring forward the viewpoint that only insisting on independent innovation could keep Chinese automobile industry well developing by commenting the investigation background and theory, analyzing advanced experience from foreign automobile industry and introducing status quo of Chinese automobile industry. This thesis also analyze the reason why Chinese automobile industry’s independent innovative ability is behindhand and bring forward personal advice from aspects of government and enterprise.
This thesis believes that there are two main reason result in weakness of Chinese automobile industry’s independent innovation: strategy of enterprise and policy of government. Base on this, this thesis consider that the keys of Chinese automobile industry well developing are strategy of enterprise and policy of government. This thesis does policy analysis from these two sides and brings forward developing advice.
