前  言
根据《深圳市建设工程质量管理条例》第十一条“市建设行政主管部门可以根据深圳市工程建设实际，
编制和发布工程建设技术规范”的规定，深圳市住房和建设局委托奥意建筑工程设计有限公司会同有关单位共同编制《电动汽车充电基础设施设计、施工及验收规范》。
在规范编制过程中，编制组进行了深入地调查研究，认真总结了深圳市电动汽车充电设施的建设经验，借鉴了国内已有的充电设施建设标准和国外电动汽车应用广泛国家的相关标准，经过广泛征求意见，多次讨论修改，最后经审查定稿。
本规范共分7个章节，包括总则、术语、基本规定、充电基础设施组成及技术要求、充电基础设施设计、充电基础设施施工、充电基础设施验收。
本规范由深圳市住房和建设局负责管理和组织出版发行，并委托奥意建筑工程设计有限公司负责具体解释。
