摘 要
本文针对汽车营销人员应该具备的素质,以及现代汽车营销对营销人员的提出的新要求,进行了系统的分析和总结。同时根据汽车企业需要的营销人才应具备的条件,通过查阅资料和实际调查了解,结合汽车营销的相关理论专业知识,归纳了一套比较完整的汽车营销人员素质培养的方法和技巧。
