混凝土泵车臂架系统和转塔结构设计

混凝土泵车是一种先进的混凝土输送设备,以其快速高效灵活方便等显著的特点,近年来已被广泛用于工业设施、民用建筑、国防工程等混凝土浇注工作。随着社会的快速发展,生产力的不断提高,混凝土泵车已成为当今建筑施工企业必不可少的专用设备。
本文先对混凝土泵车国内外的发展概况以及发展趋势进行初步介绍,而后对混凝土泵车的基本结构组成进行分析说明。设计部分首先对混凝土泵车的臂架系统进行设计,包括选择合适的结构形式与材料,确定主要的设计参数。然后进行臂架的强度计算,算出臂架所受的各种载荷。最后是转塔结构的设计,主要介绍转塔各部分结构的设计要点,以及对转塔的关键结构进行强度计算。

THE BOOM SYSTEM AND TURRET STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF CONCETRE PUMP TRUCK
ABSTRACT
Concrete pump truck is an advanced concrete conveying equipment, with its fast and efficient and flexible notable feature in recent years has been widely used in industrial facilities, civil construction, national defense projects such as concrete pouring work. With the rapid development of society, the continuous improvement of productivity, concrete pump has become essential for today's construction enterprises specialized equipment.
This article first preliminary overview of the development of concrete pump truck and abroad as well as trends introduced, then the analysis shows the basic structure of the concrete pump truck. The design part of the first concrete pump truck boom system design, including the selection of a suitable structure and materials, and to determine the main design parameters. Strength calculations and then boom, calculated the jib suffered various load. Finally, the turret structure design introduces turret design features of the various parts of the structure, as well as the strength of the key structures of the turret.
