摘 要
信息技术飞跃发展,伴随着电子商务的出现,改变了人们原有的生活和消费习惯。网上购物作为一种新型购物方式,正吸引着越来越多的消费者。但是在方便快捷的背后,网购的诸多诚信问题给消费者带来了麻烦。各种侵犯消费者合法权益的违法行为也有增无减,电子商务正面临着诚信危机。
作为电子商务的学生,在学习和生活中也遇到过类似的网上购物诚信问题,结合本身和身边的事例,经过对网上购物的调查分析,本文着重通过对电子商务交易中出现的诚信缺失问题进行分析,再针对目前存在的现状进行对策研究。

Abstract
The information technology rapid development, by the emergence of electronic co
mmerce, changed the original life and consumption habits. Online shopping as a new way to shopping, is attracting more and more consumers. But in the back of the convenient, many credit to consumer Online shopping has brought trouble. All kinds of infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and the illegal behavior is also increasing, e-commerce is facing the good faith crisis.
As the electronic commerce students, in learning and life also encountered similar online shopping credit problems, combining itself and the side of the case, through the investigation and analysis of the online shopping, this paper through the electronic business transactions appear in the lack of trust problems are analyzed, and then according to the current situation of present countermeasure research.
