1. This certificate, issued by Vehicle Management Agency of Traffic Management Department of the public security authority, is a document to prove the registration of a motor vehicle and is not to be taken with the motor vehicle.
2. The motor vehicle owner should produce the certificate while applying for various registration services for the motor vehicle; when the registered information change, the motor vehicle owner should timely go to Vehicle Management Agency for information updating.
3. When the ownership of the motor vehicle is transferred, the certificate should also be transferred with the motor vehicle.
4. Do not fold the certificate and keep it properly. When the certificate is disappeared, lost or destroyed, the owner of the motor vehicle should timely apply to Vehicle Management Agency for reissuing or recertificating of a new one.
5. This certificate is printed unitarily by the Ministry of Public Security, any organization or individual is not allowed to print it without authorization.
