摘 要
文章首先根据差速器的结构和工作原理,对差速器的设计方案选择作出了选择,最终确定选择差速器的类型为对称式圆锥行星齿轮差速器。本文参照传统差速器的设计方法进行了解放CA1092型载货汽车差速器的设计,根据经验公式进行计算,参考圆锥行星齿轮差速器的结构尺寸,确定出差速器齿轮的主要设计参数,然后对差速器齿轮的强度进行设计计算和校核,进行一些标准件的选用和非标准件的设计,继而根据装配关系设计差速器壳体。在得到各个零件尺寸之后绘制出主要零件图以及整体装配图,制作出差速器的装配动画。
