据公安部统计,国内高速公路70%的意外交通事故是由爆胎引起的。在高速行驶,从爆胎
到失控,司机的反应控制时间只有3秒钟左右。时速120公里/小时以上发生爆胎事故的死
亡率接近100%。
According to statistics released by Ministry of Public Security, 70 percent of traffic accidents happened on the domestic highways were caused by tire blowout. When driving on the expressway, the driver only has about 3 seconds to react to and control the situation from the beginning of tire blowout to losing the control. The mortality of blowout accidents with a speed of 120 km/h is close to 100%.
因此,安全轮胎是未来的发展趋势。目前各大轮胎品牌都已启动安全轮胎的研发和生产,未
来内涂层技术升级将是轮胎发展的主流。
Therefore, safety tire is the development trend in the future. Currently, major tire brands have launched the R&D and production of safety tire, of which the upgrading of undercoating will become the mainstream of tire development.
遗憾的是由于胶料技术瓶颈,各生产厂家研发的自修复类轮胎漏气概率都比较高,没有真正
实现耐刺扎、高速抗爆的功能。

二、产品介绍(Product Introduction)
1、智能高分子修复胶料(Intelligent Polymer Self-healing Materials简称:IPSM)
TOM通过多年的研发,突破了同类产品高温性能不稳定的技术瓶颈,生产出的IPSM胶料
呈半固体胶状,具有高密闭性、高粘性、耐候性强、智能修补等特点。
After years of research and development, TOM broke the technical bottleneck of unstable high-temperature property of similar products, and produced IPSM - a semisolid colloid that is characterized by high sealing performance, viscosity, weather ability and intelligent healing.
高温软化点温度为120℃,耐低温为零下35℃不脆化。(即在-35℃- 120℃温度范围内性状
稳定)
With the softening point being 120℃, it is also low-temperature resistant - no brittle will occur at minus 35℃. (i.e., its character remains stable between -35℃- 120℃)
真正突破了同类材料无法耐受高温从而导致流动的瓶颈,实现了高温不粘流、低温不脆化。
It materially breaks the bottleneck that similar material will flow under high temperature, achieving th
e results of no viscous flow under high temperature and no brittle under low temperature.
IPSM胶料不用通过打磨气密层实现附着力,避免了破坏胎体结构造成胎体慢漏气及胎面鼓
包的风险。
To realize IPSM's adhesion, no polish of air impervious liner is needed, preventing the tire from damage, which will lead to tire slow leak or tread bulging.

防护范围:尖锐物直径≤8MM(Shielding range: Sharp objects with the diameter ≤8MM)

环境温度:-35-120℃(Environment temperature -35-120℃)
材料寿命:不低于轮胎质保期(Service life of the materials: Not shorter than the warranty of tire)
IPSM胶料通过全自动数控设备均匀的喷涂在轮胎内壁形成3-6mm厚的防护层,通过底涂层
与轮胎内壁气密层黏为一体。
With automatic CNC machine, IPSM is sprayed over the tire's inner wall to form a protective layer
with a thickness of 3-6mm, and is stuck in the air impervious liner of the tire's inner wall through base coat.
当有尖锐物刺入轮胎时,IPSM胶料迅速包裹住尖锐物;拔出后,胶料随刺入物被带出封堵
了创孔,实现降低漏气概率的功能。
When sharp object punctures the tire, IPSM will rapidly wrap it up; after the sharp object is pulled out, the materials will seal off the cut, reducing the probability of air leak.
3、功能(Function)
1)高速抗爆(High-speed anti-explosion)
TOM IPSM胶料可以防御小于10CM的胎面规则切口,降低爆胎风险。解决高速胎面爆胎对车辆和驾乘人员的危害,确保用户安全出行。
TOM IPSM can prevent the tread regular cut which is less than 10CM, reducing the risk of tire explosion. In this way, it helps prevent the high-speed tire explosion from damaging vehicles, drivers and passengers, ensuring users' safe trip.
2)高温抗爆
夏季是轮胎爆胎的高发季,而高温是爆胎的主要诱发因素。
IPSM胶料能够有效阻隔路面高温通过胎体传递,避免胎温急剧上升。
IPSM胶料融化点高达270℃以上,因此IPSM胶料能够吸收大量的热能并且胶料本身不会发生性状变化,从而达到控制、稳定胎体温度的作用,降低因温度急剧变化导致爆胎的风险。
Anti-bursting performance at high temperature
Summer is a time when tires are most prone to bursting. High temperature is the leading cause. TOM IPSM is effective in stopping the road surface high temperature from traveling to the carcass, thus able to avoid a sharp rise in tire temperature.
TOM IPSM at a temperature as high as 270℃, and it absorbs a large amount of heat without
undergoing any appreciable change in its behavior. This contributes to carcass temperature control and stabilization and plays a role in minimizing the risk of tire bursting caused by a sharp temperature change.
3)抗刺扎(Puncture resistance)
TOM IPSM胶料防护层可降低直径在8mm以下的尖锐物刺入或拔出的漏气概率,有效解决轮胎在行驶过程中因刺扎造成的低压行驶甚至零气压碾压的问题,给用户带来全新的安全驾驶体验。
降噪轮胎
TOM IPSM protective lay can reduce the air leak probability after the puncture or pull out of sharp objects with the diameter lower than 8mm, effectively solve the problem that tire will be driven under low or even zero pressure when being punctured, and provide users brand new experience of safe driving.
4)降噪抗震,提高舒适性(Noise reduction, shock absorption and comfort improvement)随着汽车轮胎配置宽胎化、低扁平比化,特别是配备泄气保用轮胎的车辆,坚硬的胎体与地面摩擦产生的噪音、颠簸感源源不断的传入车内,极大降低了驾乘体验。
因此胎噪大、舒适性差是困扰车主最难以忍受的痛点。
An increasing number of automobiles are fitted with tires that are wider and have a lower flatness ratio, but when rolling on the road the hard carcass produces louder noises and the shocks and jolts are constantly transmitted to the inside of the car, particularly in the case of luxury cars that are fitted with RSC tires. This worsens the riding comfort remarkably.
Therefore, for these tires, louder noises and poorer comfort become the No. 1 scourge to the car owners.
TOM IPSM胶料涂层不仅可吸收轮胎与路面产生的噪音,而且还可以缓冲高低不平路面对轮胎产生的冲击,提高驾乘的舒适性。
TOM IPSM can not only absorb the noise caused by the friction between tire and road, but also buffer the shock to the tire caused by uneven road.
5)稳定性强(High stability)
TOM IPSM胶料的超高粘性、耐高温性能、抗剥离性能等指标性能优异,特别是耐高温性能是行业难题,高温导致胶料流动产生动平衡问题,严重影响用户的使用。
TOM IPSM demonstrates excellent performance in terms of the indexes of high viscosity, high-temperature resistance, strip resistance, etc. Notably, high-temperature resistance is an industry challenge, because high temperature will lead to material flow, bringing about dynamic balance problems and influencing users' using experience.
6)零气压续航(Zero pressure endurance)
轮胎会因损坏导致失压而无法行驶,传统轮胎零气压行驶将导致轮胎报废及轮毂损坏,所以必须更换备用轮胎才能续航。
Upon damage, the tire will lose pressure and cannot be used thereby. Traditional tire will be scrapped or have its hub damaged if driven under zero pressure. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the tire with spare tire to ensure continuous use.
但在特殊的道路环境可能不允许或无法更换备胎(很多车型没有配置备胎),比如:高速公路、陌生环境路段、夜晚等,此时不应纠结轮胎的损坏,应该及时离开现场脱困。
However, under special road conditions, change of tire is not permitted or impossible (many vehicles are not equipped with spare tires). For example, on the expressway, in unfamiliar road section, at night, etc., the driver shall not fret about the tire damage, but leaving in time to get out of predicament.
TOM IPSM胶料在轮胎失压后能起支撑作用,同时吸收胎肩、胎侧与地面摩擦产生的大量热能,IPSM胶料的软性支撑赋予轮胎续航脱困的能力。(前提是铺装路面,降低时速至30KM/小时以下)
TOM IPSM can support the tire when it loses pressure. In the meantime, it can absorb a large amount of heat produced by the friction between the road and tire shoulder and sidewall. In this way, IPSM grants the tire the endurance power to get out of predicament with its function of soft support. (Provided that the road is paved and the vehicle speed is reduced to 30KM/h or less)
声明:任何技术只能降低轮胎爆胎的概率,并不能杜绝爆胎发生。结果会受到行驶速度、道路环境、车辆自身原因、车辆载重、外作用力等等因素影响。
Statement: Any technology can only reduce the probability of tire explosion, instead of stopping the occurrence of such explosion. The results will be affected by factors including driving speed, road condition, vehicle itself, vehicle load, external force and so on.
